- Designed to meet both your funcionality and your
budgetary requirements for a call logger
- Open standard IT architecture makes it easy for
your IT manager to integrate into your IT infrastructure
- Storage and line capacity can be easily expanded
when needed
- No compromise on quality - Retell's call loggers
are built to last and perform in the most demanding
environments
- Before choosing a call logger, check how you can
search for calls. Retell's call logger decodes all
of the information in the ISDN D-channel which means
that dialled number and CLI (caller line indentification)
can all be used for searching for calls. This is different
to most call loggers that do not have the technology
to decode the ISDN D-channel.
- Before choosing a call logger, check how the calls
are recorded. Retell's call logger uses the information
from the D-channel to start and stop recording for
each call. This is different from most call loggers
which use digital to analogue converters to record
the calls and switch the recorder on and off using
VOX (voice operated recording. The problems with this
method is that if you make two calls in quick succession,
they may be joined together in the call list and so
the second call will be "unfindable". In addition
if you stop talking during a call, the call may be
split into two pieces, making them hard to find. Retell's
call logger does not suffer from this problem.
- CTI integration is possible, but because of the
data received from the D-channel will probably not
be required
- Easy to use, install, set up and maintain, we can
supply the ISDN2 and ISDN30 models for you to install
yourself. If you are able to set up a new PC on a
network and set its IP address you know enough to
install these call loggers yourself
- 2 licences of Agent Evaluation and Quality Monitoring
entry-level software included free of charge
Search & Replay
- Retell's call logger's intuitive browser-based interface
is specifically designed for searching and retrieving
calls in a fast and efficient manner. The system is
so simple to use that it requires hardly any end-user
training
- Unlimited user access and replay included with every
recorder. Compare this with other call loggers that
charge you for every person that has access to the
recordings
- Calls can be tagged with free text and colour coded
for easier subsequent retrieval and analysis
- Calls can be e-mailed directly or saved on PC's
hard disk as wave files
Recording modes
- Record every call
- Selective and rules based recording based on:
Full D-Channel support (no need for CTI servers and
databases)
Channel
Date and time
Line key
User or extension number
Function key
Calling Line Id (via DTMF/FSK or D-Channel)
On/off hook
Include / exclude telephone number lists
- Recording on demand
Selective deleting
- Calls and related information can be deleted by
age
- Delete schedule for marked calls
- Call information can be kept even if audio part
is deleted. This saves space, while still letting
you know that a recording was made
Fast Retrieval of Calls
Searches can be based on:
- Call duration
- Date and time
- CLI/dialled number
- Channel
- Call direction (incoming/outgoing)
- Marked calls
- Agent's name (where this can be cross referenced)
- Notes fields
- Any combination of the above
Flexible Playback Capabilities
- Replay over the LAN/internet via browser. No need
to install any software on the user's PC
- Real-time monitoring of a conversation
- Last call Replay
- Variable speed replay. This means that you can listen
to an hour long call in, say 50 minutes, saving 10
minutes of your time
- Loop playback replay of call sections
- Easy to move forwards and backwards within calls,
just be moving a slider
- Replay calls directly from archiving media
Easy to expand - Scalability
- Mixed analogue/digital recording (4 channels and
upwards)
- Number of channels can be extended by simply adding
extra interface cards
- Upper limits are determined by number of available
PCI slots in the chassis and system performance
- Recorders (chassis) can be clustered to increase
capacity
Speech Storage
- Calls are compressed to enable more calls to be
stored on each hard drive or back up media. Compressions
used are True Speech (factor 8) or GSM (factor 5)
- Over 20,000 hours of recordings stored on line for
instant replay (20,000 hours per 80GB disk with True
Speech)
- Storage can be made on the units internal hard drive
or your own IT infrastructure's network storage
- Redundant storage (mirroring/RAID) supported
Archiving
- Easy to back up the built in hard drive, and to
make an archive that can be taken off site as each
call logger has a inbuilt DVD drive included as standard
- Replay directly from archiving media
- Scheduled archiving capabilities
- Archiving can be done to DVD Ram or remote hard
drive
User Rights & Administration
- All user administration (and play back of calls)
is web based making remote maintenance possible as
long as access is allowed to the call logger's IP
address
- Extensive rights can be defined for different users
- Users can be assigned to groups to make setting
up of their rights easier
- Managers can assign rights to users to access for
example only their own calls, or calls of specific
groups
- Templates to easily set up and apply rights to users
Included:
- Call logger chassis, either mini tower or 19"
rack. Needs screen, keyboard and mouse for set up,
thereafter calls are normally accessed by any PC on
the network using a web browser. Typically installed
in a comms. room using a KVM (Keyboard, video, mouse)
switch
- Internal cards for the recording of your particular
lines
- Money back guarantee on ISDN2 and ISDN30 models
when you install them yourself. If you are looking
